"Deck of Cards"

LET'S TRY THIS AGAIN!

HEARTS: DB Row 25/20

DIAMONDS: DB Goblet Squat

CLUB: Sit-ups

SPADE: DB Push Press

ACE: 200m Run

Rules:

Coach pulls a card from the deck.  Entire class will do the movement according to suit and reps on the card (face cards = 10 reps).  

Scoring:

Each class works together and moves on to the next movement after the last person finishes the reps.  Compete as a class!  Score is the time it took each class to finish the deck.
