30 Double Unders

15 DB Thrusters

30 Double Unders

20 Kettlebell Swings

2 Gym Length HS Walks

* You and a partner will work on reps at the same time.  Each partner will complete a gym length HS walk (with support from partner) at the end of each round.  Scaling options available if this is not possible.
