Air Squat

Push Up

Sit Up

then 

10m Shuttle Run x 10

We have a longer domain workout to kick off the week.  Look for accuracy in your double under aiming for large sets. Ensure full ROM in the body weight movements.  Consistent, quick pace on the sprints while controlling your breathing.  Keep moving in this WOD at a quick but doable pace to maintain movement for the long haul.
