Bar Facing Burpees 

Today we have a long row followed by three movements that will tax the mid line.  Coming off the OHS, gather your breath as you walk to the pull-up bar. We will need to make sure to keep our core tight and our kip strong in the T2B.  Move steady on the burpees.
