Let’s practice some skills we KNOW we will see in a few weeks in the Open.  Row… 90-95%.  Get off and have time to breathe.  Barbell… see if you can go unbroken.  If not, a few quick breaths and grab that bar.  Give yourself time before the next movement.  Pull-ups… quick sets, when you break, jump right to the bar.  Burpees… burn it out because you are done!
