** After each Thruster set do 1 of the following:

i. 1 Ring Muscle up 

ii. 3 Pull Ups + 3 Ring Dips

iii. 5 Strict Pull-ups

As in the past few weeks... in the morning we will take on 'St. Paddy-Cake" and then in the afternoon we throw down on 17point4!
