EMOM x 10:

o) 20 Unbroken Wall Ball

Immediately following the 10 minutes, add up the number of missed wall ball reps each round and perform that number of burpees.  

If all rounds are unbroken, jog 400m.

The goal today in the wall ball EMOM is to push yourself outside of your comfort rep zone.  Reps should be full range of motion with clean movement.  Scale your sets to 15 if you struggle to hit 10 reps (or less) in a workout.  If 10 is no problem, today try for sets of 20.
