Know the difference between your warm up and your working sets.

We are doing 5 working sets of 5 reps today, building.

We want to have an idea of our goal lifts before we begin and we don't want to just start at the barbell and add weight without knowing where we are heading.

Example:

If my goal is to hit a body weight bench for a set of 5, I am going to set that as my 4th set leaving room to move up in that 5th set.  

My 'warmup sets' will look something like this:

 5 reps at: bar-65-85

My 'working sets' will look something like this:

5 reps at: 95-115-125-135-?
