Monday 170529

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who died at the age of 29 in Afghanistan in 2005. This workout was one of his favorites and was nick named “Body Armor”.

Today we aren't working out for ourselves (to get fitter, to run faster, to get better at pull-ups, or even to get the best time) , we are doing hard work with our bodies (because we can) to honor those who have lost their lives serving our country.

"Murph"

1 Mile Run

200 Push-up

300 Air Squats
