10 Deadlifts  185/135 

* Pistol scaling options:

i. Band Assist (if ROM and STRENGTH are good)

ii. Box (if STRENGTH is good but ROM is poor)

iii. 10 Step Ups from side of box (each side) (if STRENGTH work is still needed)
