Today we have a triplet consisting of an advanced gymnastics skill, a high box jump, and a moderate deadlift weight.
Scaling options for the HSPU are L1: Strict DB Press x 2 reps and L2: 3 Wall Walks per rounds getting as close to the wall as possible (and controlling the descent).
If the prescribed box jump height isn't possible, use a box height that challenges you but is also safe for your level. We do not need these to be unbroken today rather one at a time with only a small break for accuracy between jumps.
Deadlifts are moderate today. The first round should be able to be completed unbroken at the weight you choose with quick breaks in the following three rounds as an option.
We are aiming to move quickly but effectively in all three movements today.
