Back Squat

RX:

Set 5: 185/125 Set 6: 225/155 Set 7: 255/175 Set 8: 275/185

Set 5: 135/95 Set 6: 155/105 Set 7: 175/115 Set 8: 185/125

** EMOM style if possible.  Rest up to :60 between sets.  

** RX & S weights are recommended.  Adjust the top weight and work backwards establishing a staring weight before beginning if needed.
