1 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-up  (or Ring Muscle Up)

2, 2, 3, 3 ... until 20 minutes expires

Notes:

If you have ring muscle ups, do them.

If you have pull-ups, this should be a burpee with a kipping chest to bar pull-up.  

If you use a band these will be burpee jumping pull-ups (no bands).
