This workout honors those who died Nov. 5, 2009 in the attack on Fort Hood. 12 soldiers and 1 civilian were killed. The soldiers were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.
The Bellaire Parade starts at 9:30am and will likely cause delays/street closures. Leave early, we need a lot of time for this workout!
