“Door to Door”

For time:

50 Burpees

75 Pull-ups

100 Med Ball Cleans 

RX: 20/14

S: 40/50/75 reps 20/14

Today’s wod is a grind!  Stay smooth and consistent on all of the movements.  When you get to the pull-ups, try to break them up into manageable sets.  A descending rep scheme will likely work well here.  "The cleans are going to make your legs very tired, but remember with a medicine ball… you can always do one more rep". - J.Hobart
