Assault Bike

Rest 1:00 between rounds

*Partners work on opposite exercises. Once complete, switch and complete the other exercise.

15 Min AMRAP:

10 Jumping Squats

8 Diamond Push ups

6 Curls

** Partner 1 completes all 3 movements, then partner 2.  Switch back and forth for 15 minutes.

That Thursday when you have two partner workouts in one day… #awkward : )
