3 Rounds of:

10 Tuck-ups

15 Straddle-ups

20 V-ups

* rest as needed between rounds

Move through each round as quickly and efficiently as you can, resting as needed between sets. 

To get the most of the Ab Blaster, keep your hand & feet off the ground while maintaining a tight hollow position for the entire round.

tuck up = legs tuck while hands move forward

straddle up =  legs straddled while hand go between legs

v up = legs pike (together) and meet hands at the top
