Today, we aren't concerned about our time.  We are concerned about our effort.  We do the workout 'Murph' to honor those men and women of the armed forces that have lost their life in service to our country.  

‘Murph’ is named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan June 28, 2005.  With his team surrounded, Murphy stepped into a clearing where he was exposed so that he could make a call to save his team.  He was shot but still made the call.  

Give this workout your all and begin your Memorial Day celebration with a symbolic gesture to the fallen soldiers and service men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
