(to build to a) Heavy Squat Clean
With a set 15 minute clock:
Death by Squat Clean & Burpees
S1: 135/95 S2: 115/75
RULES OF PLAY:
If an athletes fails a squat clean round then they go to burpees for example if I fail my 5th round of squat cleans then on minute 6 I do 6 burpess, on minute 7 I do 7 and so on. To ‘fail’ means to not get the required reps in within the numbered minute. The reps do not have to be unbroken. Good Luck!!
