NOTES: Stay calm and smooth in the first rounds because this one will get spicy quick!  Try for big sets and stay close to your barbell.  On the THRUSTERS we want a weight we can go unbroken the whole time (even though rounds 4 and 5 will get tough). On the DEADLIFT we want a weight we can pull for 15 in the first few rounds.  Grab two barbells, and let’s GO.
