i) 5 Back Squat (building from 65% to 85% approximately)

ii) :30 Max HS Push Up 

iii) :45 Max DUs 

Today is Strength + Skill day! 

We will build each set on the back squats and work for the desired time domain on the other minutes.  As a scale to the HSPU, we will do pike push ups off a box.
