This WOD has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The workout was an early initiative of what became CrossFit's benefit for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athletes must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
We will work in teams today with one person working at a time.
