Today we are going for a long multi-movement workout with heavy cleans and lots of reps.   Our goal is sub 20 so find 1 or 2 movements you can really push yourselfI on today while staying smooth and steady on the rest. I recommend you break your power cleans up from the beginning while staying with big sets on the air squats and box jumps.  Challenge yourself on the power clean weight and keep the deadlift weight moderate.  Now, get after it!
