“Stand Up"

3 Rounds of:

100m Farmer Carry 50/35 x 2  

15 Burpees over DB

20 DB Lunges

( RX+ = 75/50 )

Today's workout will be all about the grip!  We are going HEAVY on the dumbbells (and using 2 of them) so choose a weight we are stable on the lunges and that we can carry at least 50m at once.  

Afterwards, we'll attack 6:00 of Dumbbell Man Makers for reps so attack this Tuesday like tomorrow is a mini vacay!!
