This week we’ll be tackling some of the individual and teams events... this should be a lot of fun! We are kicking things off with the CrossFit Total.
Rules of Play:
Order of events must be Squat, Press, Deadlift.
Once weight is added it cannot be removed.
Lifters and belts and wrist wraps are allowed but cannot be added after you’ve begun your sets.
We will have a 12 minute clock for the squat, a 10 minute clock for the press and a 12 minute clock for the deadlift.
