To kick things off we will do one of the following workouts today (your choice), and repeat it at the end of the month. As with the step up test you will perform the same workout and weight at the end of the month to test your progress. Keep in mind these workouts are meant to take about 3 - 5 minutes with a focus on cycling the barbell so keep that in when you choose the workout and weight.
