2 more days in this month. Tuesday we’ve got a BIG DAY as we repeat the CrossFit Total (1RM Back Squat, Press and Deadlift). This is close out our strength month as we move into May.
May brings us ENGINE BUILDING. You’ll see longer workouts but we will still be moving some weight to maintain all those gains we’ve made.
