Today we are prepping for MURPH coming up on May 27th.

“Cindy” is a classic CrossFit benchmark workout and often the rep scheme used to attack “Murph”.

“Cindy” is also a metabolic and mental test as the reps are small allowing you to ‘just keep going’ for 20 long minutes.
